Biography: Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús
Dr. Naydeen González-De Jesús founded Empowered Group Strategies, LLC in 2017. Raised by a single mother, she is a first-generation college graduate in the U.S. and believes in education as a powerful equalizer. With over 20 years of experience in education, international diplomacy, and spiritual ministry, she emphasizes values like faith, family, productivity, and community service.
Her work spans domestic and international initiatives, including partnerships with the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina, expanding Education USA centers, and enhancing student support systems. Notably, she helped establish an Education Memorandum of Understanding between Argentina and the U.S. during the 2018 G20 Summit.

Dr. González-De Jesús has expertise in communication, strategic planning, and grant development and evaluation. She focuses on effectiveness and process improvement for entrepreneurs, non-profit, corporate, and faith-based organizations, as well as speech writing and delivery coaching. Additionally, she has successfully led fundraising efforts and engaged with international stakeholders with a focus on business development, education, and workforce development. She has secured multimillion-dollar grants from various U.S. departments and aligns curricula with workforce needs while addressing student challenges like housing and food insecurity.
She advocates for inclusive governance and supports military families in accessing educational opportunities. Dr. González-De Jesús holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, a master’s in Student Personnel Services from Rowan University, and a bachelor’s in Journalism from the Pennsylvania State University.
